Rose Sarfo

Rose Sarfo is a compassionate leader, humanitarian advocate, and the organizational heart behind the Sarfo family’s community work in both Las Vegas and Ghana. As the office manager and treasurer of Vista Medical Associates, she supports the medical, educational, and outreach missions led by her husband, Dr. Kofi E. Sarfo, while shaping her own impactful legacy of service.

With a strong commitment to uplifting underserved populations, Rose plays an essential role in coordinating charitable programs that support youth development, cultural enrichment, and community empowerment. From sponsoring local sports teams and mentoring young athletes to participating in volunteer work that supports homeless families, her efforts reflect a lifelong dedication to meaningful change.

Internationally, Rose is actively involved in annual humanitarian missions to Ghana, where the family provides free medical care, medications, hot meals for children, and critical support to vulnerable groups such as residents of the Weija Leprosarium. Her steady leadership ensures these programs are organized with compassion, dignity, and respect for each community they serve.

Driven by empathy and a deep belief in giving back, Rose continues to help build bridges of hope between Las Vegas, the African diaspora, and underserved communities across Ghana.
